This award was given to her for her outstanding customer service efforts in the first quarter of 2010. The Columbia Bank, an affiliate of Fulton Financial Corporation, is a community bank headquartered in Columbia, with local branches throughout Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Howard, Montgomery, and Prince George’s Counties.
