May 4, 2010 — Erica A. Leatham, a land use attorney and an LEED Accredited Professional, has joined Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP. Leatham will join Ballard Spahr’s Zoning and Land Use Group and Real Estate Tax Group. She previously served as president of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Suburban Maryland, and as an associate with Holland & Knight, LLP. Ballard Spahr LLP is an Am Law 100 firm based in Bethesda.
