May 3, 2010 — Arthur D. Ebersberger, a senior vice president at CBIZ Insurance Services, Inc., has joined Howard Bank's Board of Directors. Ebersberger also currently serves on the boards of Anne Arundel Community College, the Professional Liability Agents Network, the School Board Nominating Commission of Anne Arundel County and the Maryland Chamber of Commerce PAC Board. Previously, he served as chairman of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, the Anne Arundel Health Services Board, the Anne Arundel County Executive’s Task Force for Fiscal Review, the Anne Arundel Trade Council and as president of the Chesapeake Chapter of Safari Club International. Howard Bank is a locally owned bank with offices in Columbia, Ellicott City and Annapolis.
