April 25, 2010 — Eileen M. Coggins has joined Ober|Kaler, a national law firm with offices in Baltimore and Towson, as a new principal in the firm's National Health Law Practice. Previously, she served as general counsel, corporate secretary and senior vice president for Genesis HealthCare. Coggins also served as chief compliance officer, deputy general counsel and associate general with Genesis Health Ventures, Inc., and as general counsel and associate counsel with Keystone Care Corporation. Additionally, she is a member of the American Bar Association, the Business Law Section and Association of Corporate Counsel, American Health Care Association, American Health Lawyers Association, and Widener Law School Health Policy Board.
