April 1, 2010 — Avectra, a provider of Software-as-a-Service association management software, has named Richard Davis as its new chief executive officer (CEO). Davis most recently served as president and CEO of Ultimus, Inc. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Ardence, Inc. and Rand McNally and Co. Sterling Partners is a leading private equity firm co-headquartered in Baltimore. Davis is a volunteer leader on the board of directors for the Boston area non-profit From The Top, and he also serves on the board of directors of Accurev, Inc.
