March 30, 2010 — Kirk Halpin, from The Law Offices of Kirk Halpin & Associates, P.A. in Howard County, has been selected to serve on the Restaurant Association of Maryland Education Foundation (RAMEF) Board of Directors. Halpin is also a member of the Howard County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and Howard County Leadership's Class of 2000. The Board of Directors of RAMEF comprises industry leaders representing varied professional fields.
