March 29, 2010 — Leslie J. Polt, Esq., who is of counsel to Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler, LLC (ARD&H), will be a featured panelist at the International Factoring Association’s (IFA) Sixteenth Annual Factoring Conference, occurring Apr. 14-17, in Scottsdale, Az. Polt serves as Maryland reporter for the Compendium of State Laws published by the Commercial Finance Committee of the American Bar Association. He also is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bar Association, Section on Business Law; the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the District of Maryland, the Turnaround Management Association, and the Maryland State Bar Association.
