March 29, 2010 — eVigilant has appointed Raj S. Leyl, MBA, PMP, to the newly created position of chief operating officer. Previously, Leyl served as director of Strategy, Planning, and Policy within the Electronic Tax Administration division of the IRS. He also serves as the chapter director for the Washington D.C. area for the COO Forum professional organization, and as the chairman of the board and chief operating officer for Institute for Project Leadership, a non-profit professional organization. eVigilant is a privately held 8(a) corporation based out of Lorton, Virginia.
