March 18, 2010 — Delegate Guy and Pam Guzzone are this year’s recipients of The Arc of Howard County’s 2010 Jim Greenfield Award for Compassionate Leadership. Before his election to the House of Delegates, Guy Guzzone represented District 3 on the Howard County Council. He formerly served as chair of the Kings Contrivance Village Board, board member of the Community Action Council and advisory board member of the Even-Start Family Literacy Program and is currently a volunteer with NeighborRide. Pam Guzzone is currently a senior organizational and leadership development program manager at NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center. The Arc of Howard County helps children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve full community life.
