Compass Marketing, Inc. has appointed Senior Vice President James C. “Chip” DiPaula, Jr. to lead their new international division. Previously, DiPaula was the chief operating officer for Petrie Ross Ventures. Before that time, DiPaula served as chief of staff and secretary of the Maryland Department of Budget and Management for Governor Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr.  DiPaula currently serves on the boards of The Chesapeake Bay Environmental Center, The Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Conference and Visitors Bureau, and The Annapolis Community Foundation.  Compass Marketing, Inc. is a marketing and sales company based in Annapolis.
