February 5, 2010 — Mick Sawka, most recently with Microbia, Inc., has joined Qteros, Inc., as vice president of Business Development. Sawka began his career at 3M working in various senior level business and product development positions. Later he was hired by Cabot Corp. to serve as director of New Business Development and R&D for Cabot’s Performance Products Business Group. Qteros, Inc. is a developer of second-generation technology solutions for the biofuels industry based on its unique Q Microbe ™ platform; a novel life-form that produces sustainable liquid fuel from plants.
