October 16, 2009 — Charlie Wolf II, president and chief executive officer of Payroll Network has been named president of the Independent Payroll Providers Association (IPPA). Prior to co-founding Payroll Network, Wolf was president and CEO of Wolf PC Systems, in Ephrata, PA. Prior to that position, he was executive vice president at Automatic Data Processing in Roseland, NJ, and founder and owner of Hughes Computer Systems. IPPA is a leading nationwide trade association made up of privately held companies whose primary function is the preparation of payroll and payroll taxes for employers of all sizes.
