July 13, 2009 — Watkins Meegan Government Services LLC named Louisa Cocci Gantley director of business development and marketing. Prior to joining WMGS, Gantley served as director of research and development for Carl M. Freeman Associates. Gantley began her career as a financial specialist for Amtrak. She served in business development and marketing roles for Grant Thornton, PricewaterhouseCoopers and DMG-MAXIMUS. WMGS, based in Bethesda, provides quality financial management and IT support services to its government customers.
