Together with a group of other professionals from a diversity of industries, Oral Saltzman, an attorney with Baltimore's Adelberg, Dorf & Hendler, LLC, has formed the Serious Business Discussion Group (SBDG). The group targets small-to-medium sized business owners throughout the Baltimore region. The group gathers on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, usually for breakfast or lunch.

"We position our members as advisors that circulate in the local community to help business owners and entrepreneurs make their organizations run more efficiently and effectively," Saltzman said in a statement. "This naturally occurs when they are invited to attend our sessions and have the opportunity to meet and talk with a range of people in different fields. Connections are made and relationships are formed. People also share stories with their peers that are facing similar challenges in the business world, which has a positive effect on both parties. We have created an extremely informal and comfortable environment where professionals can openly and honestly exchange ideas. Lead generation becomes a secondary by-product."
